Red Pop is an Exotic Genetix S1, selected from a standout Red Pop phenotype of their Strawberries and Cream and then inbred with itself. It carries the same strawberry crossed with Cookies & Cream formula as that line, so Cookies & Cream sits a generation back as a grandparent and the strawberry side is an undisclosed clone only cut. It was named for smelling like Faygo Red Pop soda, all strawberry bubblegum candy over a creamy cookie base. The line became a foundational parent for the breeder, behind Red Runtz and Cherry Cosmo.
