Mint Chocolate Chip is Exotic Genetix's Thin Mint Cookies cut crossed with their Green Ribbon BX, sold as an F2 and later used as the father of Rainbow Chip. Some sources list the cookie mother as SinMint Cookies, but it reads as a Girl Scout Cookies type either way, while Green Ribbon BX traces back through Green Ribbon to Trainwreck. The result is a balanced hybrid with a minty chocolate ice cream aroma.
